Your name, email, country, social handle (if given), your story, photos and videos, whether people appear in them, your permissions and your typed signature with the date.
To read your story and reply to you. To share it if it’s selected, credited the way you chose. To keep a record of your permission. To send you news, only if you ticked that box.
Our editorial team and the companies that host our website, forms and files. We never sell your details.
Stories not selected are deleted within 12 months. Shared stories stay while they’re published, and we keep a record of your permission for 6 years after.
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw permission at any time. Email connect@thewowimpact.com. We can’t recall printed magazines, or copies other people have already shared. You can also contact the ICO at ico.org.uk.
